What happens if I order an item on preorder or backorder?

If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, your entire order will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.

Will my in-stock items ship first?

No. We do not ship items separately. This means any in-stock items in your order will be held until the preorder or backordered item is ready to ship.

Why do you ship all items together?

Shipping everything at once allows us to reduce costs, minimize packaging waste, and ensure your order arrives as one complete package.

Can I receive my in-stock items sooner?

If you would like your in-stock items to ship right away, we recommend placing two separate orders:

• One for in-stock items

• One for preorder or backordered items

How will I know when my preorder or backordered item is ready?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your complete order is on its way.
