Lost packages are no fun! Unfortunately, once a package is marked "delivered," Sphero is not responsible for missing packages due to theft or postal error.
If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, follow these steps:
What to Do First
- Check your delivery area—sometimes packages are left in hidden spots.
- Ask neighbors or building staff—someone nearby may have accepted it.
- Review your tracking information—use the tracking number(s) provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the delivery status for each box in your order. Some orders ship in multiple boxes and may arrive separately. Make sure all packages have been delivered before reaching out for help.
- Contact your local post office or UPS location—they can check delivery details.
If Shipped with USPS
- Start an investigation at your local post office or by calling USPS at 1-800-275-8777 (speak to a representative).
- Recipient-initiated claims are most effective; Sphero cannot file these for you.
If Shipped with UPS
- Start a UPS claim online as the “Consignee/Receiver.”
