What shipping options do you offer?

We provide several shipping speeds to accommodate your needs:

  • Next Day: Delivery on the next business day.
  • 2-Day: Delivery within two business days.
  • 3-Day: Delivery within three business days.
  • Ground: Standard delivery option, which typically takes 5-7 business days.

All shipping options are available for domestic orders. You may select the option that best fits your schedule. 

How do I choose my shipping speed during checkout?

During checkout, all available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed. You can select your preferred shipping option, and the system will provide a cost based on your selection.

Who handles the shipping?

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Most often, we use USPS and UPS, with some exceptions. Tracking information, including the shipping carrier’s details, will be provided once your order has shipped.

How long does it take to process my order before it ships?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business (Monday - Thursday) days prior to shipping. Processing time is separate from your chosen shipping speed. For example, if you select 2-Day shipping, your order will arrive two business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Can I change my shipping method after I’ve placed my order?

Once an order is submitted, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change your shipping method, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Do shipping speeds vary by location?

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times, even with expedited shipping. 

What if my rush order does not arrive on time?

While we work closely with our shipping partners to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather or increased shipping volume. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact our support team for assistance.
