SPRK+ not Holding a ChargeUpdated 2 years ago
SPRK+'s battery should last up to 60 minutes of constant play on a full charge. If SPRK+ has been fully charged but loses energy and turns off shortly after connecting, please try the following:
- Ensure SPRK+ sits properly in the charging cradle, heavy side down, and receives a full charge. To find his heavy side, place him on a hard surface like a table. SPRK+ will naturally settle with this sweet spot at the bottom. The charger will blink blue when charging begins, turning solid when complete.
- Plug SPRK+'s charger into a different outlet/power source and repeat the previous step.
The battery of SPRK+ will naturally degrade over time and use. An older SPRK+ might not have as long of play time as a new SPRK+.
