How Do I Request a Quote?Updated 7 months ago


  1. Head over to www.sphero.com

  2. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. (Don't forget to add Sphero's optional SpheroCare warranty for your products if you'd like!

  3. Once all items are added, click on the shopping cart image in the upper right hand corner of your screen

  4. Below the list of item(s) in your cart, click the "Educators, Get a Quote" button:

  5. Enter your Country, State/Province, and Zip Code. Click the "Estimate Shipping" button

  6. Choose your preferred shipping option from the drop-down menu

  7. Enter your email and click "Create quote"

  8. Your customized quote will be emailed to you! Included in the email are next steps on placing an order with a PO

  9. Please note, quotes expire after 30 days of creation


Not Receiving your Quote

If you request a quote, and do not receive one within five minutes, please try the following:

  1. Check your Spam - quotes can often get stuck in Spam, especially with school email filtering systems
  2. Clear your cookies and cache and try again
  3. Request the quote using your personal, non-school, email address
  4. If you try the above, and are still not receiving the quote, please contact a sales rep and they can help put one together for you
